24/7 Access

Our facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering members the convenience of accessing the gym at any time. During staffed hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, all doors will be unlocked for easy entry. However, outside of these hours, you will need to use the app provided with your 24/7 membership to unlock the front doors and access the facility.

Crossfit classes

Our facility offers CrossFit classes led by highly trained, professional coaches who are well-versed in various forms of fitness. These coaches are skilled in teaching individuals of all fitness levels, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. Whether you're new to CrossFit or unfamiliar with movements such as the "snatch," our coaches will provide personalized attention to ensure you perform exercises safely and efficiently. At the same time, they will continue to focus on the needs of more advanced participants, making the classes accessible and beneficial for all skill levels.

OLYMPIC LIFTING CLUB

Our Olympic Lifting Club is designed for individuals seeking to elevate their weightlifting skills to a competitive level. Members will focus on mastering foundational techniques and advanced lifting strategies, ensuring safe and effective performance in a structured and supportive environment. Led by a highly experienced coach with a deep background in Olympic lifting, this program emphasizes safety, progression, and precision, making it ideal for athletes dedicated to honing their craft and competing at a higher level.

We offer a diverse team of on-site personal trainers, each specializing in different areas of fitness. Our trainers provide flexible scheduling options and can tailor sessions to fit your availability. We highly recommend scheduling an in-person consultation to allow our trainers to assess your fitness level and goals more accurately. This personalized approach enables them to craft a customized fitness plan specifically designed for your needs and schedule.

Kids Crossfit

As the name suggests, our Kids CrossFit program is an excellent opportunity for young children to stay active, make new friends, and build strength in a fun, supportive environment. These coach-led classes are guided by experienced trainers who are specifically trained to safely instruct children and identify any potential risks. This program is ideal for parents looking to encourage their child's fitness while enjoying their own workout, knowing their child is in a safe, active, and engaging class.
